In a PDF/A document we are getting responses in the Standards window that vary from the Correct PDF/A message to an HTML string that if you scroll over far to the right you will see infomation that it is a PDF/A document. On other machine it is totally empty window. Also all machines have Preferences -> Documents -> PDF/A View mode set to "Only for PDF/A documents". Yet many are missing the Blue Bar stating "You are viewing the document in PDF/A mode" All are running Adobe Reader 9.4.0 I have also tried 9.4.5 with no difference. Any ideas?
Thanks
Mark

I found the answer! It was one of the June 2011 Microsoft Patches. Specifically kb2530548. I remove the patch and it works. Re-apply the patch and it is broken.
