Is there a way of having the ruler viewable as the default in Acrobat 9 ?

I knew how to turn the rulers on. I was hoping that I didn't have to each time.

Hi Mr.Jiggs,
Didn't mean to offend- I just mentioned the keyboard shortcut because it does save a teensy bit of time over going the Menu Item route, since there is no default option.

No offense was taken. I'm a keyboard person from way back as was hoping that I had just missed the setting for making rulers visible the default. Ctrl+R certainly isn't difficult, but…

I don't think so. About the best you can do is use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-R when you open each PDF.
