Thanks for the tip. But Paparazzi! makes screenshots of web pages: not exactly what I'm looking for. I have a Microsoft Word file (docx) that I want to print to PDF. But I want that PDF to be unpaginated and continuous, like an HTML file.

Bingo, George! You're a genius! Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat are based on pages. Therefore, make the page height (vertical measurement of a page) long enough to encompass the entire document. In Word for Mac 2011 (version 14.1.2):(1) Set Print Layout View.
(2) Show all Nonprinting Characters (which will include Page Breaks).
(3) Remove any unneeded Page Breaks that you manually set.
(4) Set a custom Paper Size as necessary.
