I recently upgraded to Windows 7 (64 bit) and now everytime that a call up a pdf file I get the error message in the subject. I tried doing a repair but it did not help.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended version 9.2.0 and the Capture3D plug-in is ver 9.1.0

Does anyone know how to resolve the problem?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro Extended 9.2, Windows

Hi neil154,

Here is a post from the Adobe forums from other users with this problem and a registry fix ( registry fixes can be dangerous so caution advised). See the last two entries in the thread in particular-

Hope this helps,

Thanks a lot for the fix. It worked fine for me. I did not need the warning about the registry fix since I am well aware of registry issue but you are corrent that many people are not familiar iwht the registry.

Again, thank you
