A Warning to Users Ordering eBooks

Today I ordered an eBook from Diesel. It's a TOTAL waste of $$.
Here's the email I've just submitted:

"Ticket Submitted.

Ticket ID: ###########
Ticket Subject: Recent Order

Well,
This was a total waste of money. This is an involved package. You need to have it beside you while you work through it.
There's no point having it up on your screen, as when it's readable size you cannot see the screen, therefore you cannot work through the examples.
I shall now wait to get a printed version from either Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Borders. Not happy in the least for wasting nearly $40.
Expecting a response within the next FIVE days."

My Product Information:
Reader 7.0.1, Windows

Okay, well, sheesh, sorry you had a crappy experience, but are you just looking to rant ? Okay, which book, what format, what reader are you WARNING u all about ?

We make eBooks. We make software that makes eBooks. We make applications that help people search and manage eBooks. We even make workflows that enable eBooks to be imposed and printed.

You never mention which eBook you ordered
-- (many eBooks are sweet, even section 508 compatible - others are cruddy)

You never mention what 'kind' of ebook it was
-- (Kindle (.azw), text (.txt), Mobi (.mobi, Adobe.pdf - what ?)

You never mention what you are trying to read you eBook on
-- (Sony eBook Reader, Amazon Kindle, your PC ?)
-- (using "what" as a reader)

Not sure why you posted this message on a forum where most people are looking for help - what would you like us to say, or what would you like us all to do ?

The book I ordered was:
Creating Dynamic Forms with Adobe LiveCycle Designer by J. P. Terry.

No - I was not ranting.

It was in EBD format from Diesel Books.

Last time for me on that purchasing method.
