We have one of our workers who's installations that has been having some escalating problems with his Adobe… It has been increasing over time and is becoming more of an issue… What is happening is that when he opens Adobe it starts up and opens windows for all the previously opened PDF files… piles and piles on his screen filling up his screen and taking time to do this process… then they automatically close and disappear…

He rebooted his system and started Adobe this morning and had the same thing happen, but they did not disappear… he had 25 files to close… But this is not the norm…

He has also noted that he has attempted to show this to someone once before and it worked fine for a few tries and then when he walked away it went back to misbehaving… I have observed this wired behavior on his system… So I know it does do this...

Any ideas what is going on here?

This person is a heavey user of Acrobat both reading and creating of PDFs...

I've seen this once before. What fixed it for me was deleting all the pdf files in the temp folder.
