Hi! I have simple pdf here, it has only 1 swf file embedded and nothing else ( 1 page added). Can anyone look quickly through it syntax and tell me, what part is wrong? As it not renders swf, but gives me error.

I noticed that this PDF was created with FPDF. I would suggest asking the folks at FPDF (a non-Adobe tool) what might be creating this issue for you.

Your new COS objects are missing a couple of the mandatory keys. Open the PDF in Acrobat, and run the Preflight profile "Report PDF syntax issues" under "PDF Analysis" - you'll get a list of the errors.
