Where's the Members Area?

I can't find the Members Area. The Help screen shows a "Members Area" tab to the right of the "News & Events" tab, but it is not there on my screen.

This is probably the wrong place to post this, but I could not find a forum for discussing the forum software.

You're correct, the Members Area should be appearing in the upper right corner of the banner. This has been reported to the development team.

Thanks.

BTW: Is there a better place to report this? It really isn't about Acrobat itself.

You can also use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

OK, thanks. Would you prefer that I use this forum of Contact Us?

Maybe it would be helpful to open a new forum just for discussing the forum. Several other bulletin boards have a separate forum for discussing how to use the bulletin board complete with sticky threads with general information that comes up frequently.

PS: Will I get a reply at some point about the missing Members Area tab?

Any idea when this will be fixed? I still do not have a Members Area link.

How do I modify my profile?

Hi Ragg Mopp,

Have you tried the Membership link at the top and looked yourself up under the Members Profiles? If you find yourself on that list you can edit your Profile from there. I'm sure they are working to fix the menu and get the old link back but it is still the weekend here in the USA.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri

I tried that, but could not find myself. I was able to access my settings by clicking on my picture in this thread.

If "they" are working on it, it's at a leisurely pace. The original report was way back on 8/29, over three weeks ago. Has it been the weekend in the USA all that time? ;-)

Hi Ragg_Mopp,

There have a been a few other glitches at the site in that time, including all the links for tutorials not working. Those were fixed last time I checked so work is being done- probably on a priority list basis. Sorry it has been so frustrating waiting for this one.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri
