I am currently enrolled in school online and my books are Ebooks and password protected for some reason when I try and open the book up at work there is an Adobe Reader Error pops up that says " An error occurred during the submit proccess. Unknown failure"

Can someone PLEASE help me figure out why this is happening?

Thanks

Are you opening the eBook on your desktop computer or another device like an iPad or Kindle? I would try re-downloading the eBook and contacting IT support for your school, there may be something wrong with their file.

Is the ebook in the ePub format?

If so, then download Adobe Digitial Editions. Open the ePub with Digital Editions. Connect your eReader to your computer. Highlight the ePub. Transfer the ePub to your eReader to a folder as designated by the manufacturer of the eReader.

If the format is PDF, can you open the PDF with Adobe Reader?

If so, then you need to side load the PDF file to your device. Connect your eReader to your computer with a USB cable and use Windows Explorer or Mac Finder to copy the file from your computer to the eReader.

If this an eText book from Barnes & Noble, then you can only use a computer to read these with the Nookstudy Reader.Does the source from which you are renting or buyting you eText books have a reading program or app for down load? Then download and install that program or app.
