Suppress "Save PDF File As" dialogue in Acrobat X

We have encountered a problem with our web-application when creating preview PDFs for our clients. We recently changed from the very old Distiller 4.0 to Adobe Acrobat X Standard and the Adobe PDF printer.

We are using Bartender 9.4 (label printing application) to create the label which then prints PDFs with the Adobe PDF printer. The web-app is supposed to send the printed PDF to the users.

When the user clicks the preview button everything starts as it should (i.e. the Bartender Application, Acrodist, Acrotray and the print job is queued) but nothing gets printed. It looks as if the printing process is blocked by an "invisible" dialogue box on the server.

We have set the default Output folder to the desired destination in both the Printing Preferences and Printer Properties -> Advanced -> Printing Defaults. But this does not seem to have any effect.

Is there something we are missing here? Or is it not possible to suppress the "Save As" even if you want the PDF file to automatically be named as the original Bartender file.

(This worked nicely when we used the old "Acrobat Distiller" printer.)

Any thoughts or insights on this matter are much appreciated!!

Thanks!

Running Acrobat on a webserver is a total violation of the license agreement. Adobe legal will not be impressed.
