Acrobat crashes

I am sending keys to Acrobat in vba, to create .pdf from scanner, name and save the file, after which no other keys are sent. It scans the documents and prompts "scanning complete" or "scan more pages". When I click "scanning complete" acrobat 8.0 professional crashes and closes by itself. Why is it doing this?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

I don't know what you mean by sending "keys" to acrobat. This is not accepted terminology. However, your issue is definately a bug in Acrobat. It should not crash, even if it doesn't like what you're doing. It looks like it might be a timing problem with IAC between your external app and Acrobat.
