In order to invoke a web service via SOAP methods and send current file as attachment, is it must to have LiveCycle or acrobat reader professional version?
SOAP can be used in both regular AcroForms and LiveCycle Forms. However, to use SOAP with Reader the form need to be enabled "Special" Reader Rights that are not avaible in Acrobat Pro.
