We have a Windows XP Pro SP2 Client running Adobe Reader 7.0 and Outlook 2003. Our users access a website that provides insurance policies in PDF form. When our user opens a PDF, clicks the email button, and attemtps to send the email, the email fails with various error messages about Network Connectivity. The machine is connected to the network, and operates normally when not using the Adobe/Outlook Integration.
I would suggest trying other methods for sending email through Acrobat. For example the JavaScript email functions, the build-in actions, email through submit, and the XFA email options. This will tell you whether it's isolated to the specific task you're doing, or it's a general problem. It'll also give you an idea of whether the problem is with Acrobat or MAPI.
