alert box control

I am developing sites using Acrobat X on IE9 & Windows7.
I made a page using alert box but it couldn't be displayed on the top although the parent window is chosen on task bar. So, I can't find the alert box if it is under another windows.
What's the problem?

Acrobat 10.0, Windows

What are you trying to do, exactly? Are you building a website made of PDF files?
