Apply styles to text in Alert Box?

Dear friends,
A client of mine is asking if it's possible to apply styles to the text that normally appears on Acrobat Alert Boxes. Namely, he would like to change the font size and colour, possibly also mixing bold (the default text) and normal text.

I'm using a javascript to display on a standard Alert Box the results of a series of entries made on a pdf form (it's a test page from a schoolbook), and the task is to change the look of the text of these results via javascript.

Any suggestion you may have would be extremely welcome!

Thanks

Mark

No, it is just a very simple method to display a text message. But you can insert tabs, new line, and a return.

That means there is no way to style an Alert Box? If this is the case, are there any other ways to make a window appear containing styled text?

Thanks for your help

Hi,

an alert box is very limited to design.
But there is a nice java tool called Acrobat Dialog Image Generator (ADIG), that you can use to add images to the dialogs.
Well, it's explains how to do this for LiveCycle forms, but I think it also might be possible in Acrobat (I didn't try it).

Details can be found here:
