automate footer

i am scanning and exporting the images as a .pdf and would like to write a script that will allow me to import (automated) the title of the .pdf into the footer area. there can be as many as 1,000 multi-page documents that would need the footer displayed. i have been looking around but can't find anyone who has tried this. any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.

You can do it with a batch sequence, using a JavaScript that get the Title value and put it in a text form field placed as a footer, and possibly flaten.
