Is there a way to Enable Usage Rights for multiple PDF files. I OCR & initial view a lot of documents at once and use the batch processing but I need to Enable them as well and havent found an easy way to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

No, there is no way to enable more than one PDF at a time with Acrobat. Adobe sells a server product (I believe is called the LiveCycle Rights Server) for enabling rights on a batch basis ($$$$).
