Hi All

I have 550 plus documents that I am being asked to put menu "buttons" on in the same place on each page.

Some documents are one page, others are 50 pages.

The button will be a small image that will take the user to a "Home Page" document for search, help and other choices.

The documents will be distributed on cd rom for mac and pc.

The challenge is to get the button or buttons on to all pages without pasteing and editing each file individually, which would obviously be bonkers.

JavaScript linked to a batch call seems like a way to go. Anyone know how to do this?

The Professional version provides a batch processor mode that can use JavaScript to add a button form to every page of the selected files. But if you only have Standard look at adding a custom menu item to add the button to each page.
