Batch PDF Processing: detecting colorspace and saving to other file formats as necesary

I'll briefly set up the example.
 
You have DX0001.pdf We want to save black and white pages as TIFFs and pages with any color as JPEGs. We want the file names to be, for instance, DX0001-0001.tif, DX0001-0002.jpg

If these images are embedded in a PDF document and you have a number of images, you can export all the images from the PDF (Advanced > Document Processing > Export All Images), but you can't set up a filter to export some as Tiff and the others as JPEG.All the exported images will be saved to a single folder. Open the folder in Adobe Bridge and select the images that are either color or grayscale and move them to another folder. You'll have two folders (one with color images, the other with grayscale images). Create Actions in Photoshop and run them on the folders (one for saving Grayscale as TIFF, the other for saving color as JPEG).
