How do you run a batch to pull multiple pages out of one pdf (seperating the pages when you find a certain number or identifier for beginning of the page), creating a new file with filename as the identifier, then sorting all of the new pdf's in seperate folders with the identifier name?

I'm not sure you can accomplish all you want to do using a Batch Sequence. Any part of what you want to do requires a JavaScript and if you want to extract pages you need to use a folder level JavaScript with a Trusted Function to grant privileges. At the least, it will be a complicated task. Refer to the JavaScript Specification manual to learn more about trusted functions, extracting pages, and saving files.
