Could you please indicate me how to proceed to launch a batch process to delete bookmarks of many pdf files ?
should I proceed by script ?

You definitely need to write a JavaScript and you also need to bypass the security in Acrobat by placing a JavaScript for adding privileges in the Acrobat JavaScript folder. See the JavaScript Specification manual for getting help on scripting these routines.
