Calculating total of several fields

I would like to calculate the total of several fields. The catch is, I would like to total only the fields that have been checked off by the coresponding radio button or check box. If it is checked, I would like it to be included in the total. If it is unchecked, I would not like it to be included in the total.

Did you create the form in Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer?

It was originally a Word document, but I used Acrobat to convert it.

Have you added form fields tot he form?

If so, which program did you use?

You will need to write a calculation script and use the 'if' statement to test each radio button or check box to see if the associated text field should be included in the calculation. See How to do (not so simple) form calculations by Thom Parker.http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/2006/form_calculations
