Co-ordinate System for landscape page

I am trying to add a highlight through java script, but on landscape page it rotates 90 degrees... can you tell me the co-ordinate system for landscape page in a PDF

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.1, Windows

From the menu bar, click Edit, Preferences, New Document. Review the Default Page size, Orientation, and set them to Landscape.

Also check the Properties of any form fields under the General tab to make sure their orientation are set to 0 degrees.
