Hi all,
 
In the pdf file, I have two pages.
 
On the first page set up textbox1, including the setup date format and some javascript coding conditions.
 
And then, I will copy the first page Textbox1 to the second page(same as Textbox1), but in second page, why textbox1 lost my date format and javascript settings?
 
Please help and thanks!

It shouldn't have lost it. How did you copy it?
