Create PDFs from Word mail merges

Office 2000
Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional.
I want to Create PDFs from Word mail merge. I have set up the word mail merge file, but did not merge (as indicated in Help). The instructions on the Help screen says to Choose Adobe PDF > Mail Merge to Adobe PDF. I do not have this option. Help!!!

When Acrobat Pro is installed it places some Macros into MS Word. The Macro is in Word, not MS Outlook (the email Program). It's not uncommon for this Macro to be missing and there are multiple reasons and solutions. Search on the Acrobat User to User forms for a thread on this, there are several.
