I want to take one pdf file that has 14 pages and split it into 14 single pdf files. Is there automate this?

in Acrobat 8:
From the Menu Bar click "Document", "Extract Pages", From: 1 to: 14, Select "Extract pages as Seperate Files". You can re-name each page after the conversion.
