Really? how about redirect it for example: CTRL-O will open help (F1), I really need disable Ctrl-O to open a new one

This is a Windows system level funciton and not an Acrobat or LiveCycel Designer item. If you do figure out how to modify it, you will modify it for every appliction on your system. Thihk about this long and hard.
