Dynamic Stamp - Date Missing

I created a dynamic stamp that reads the date. Some users set to the GMT (London) time zone are reporting that the date will not appear. I was able to replicate this problem.

I have read several other threads that are years old describing this bug, but could not find a current work around or bug fix. Any ideas?

Acrobat Pro 9.1.2, Windows

I'm using adobe acrobat 9.0 on windows.
A standard stamp (approved) and the time/date does not appear since the clocks went back.
I do not want to create a new stamp I just want the old one working again.

What do I need to do to get the date and time to appear on the approved stamp?
