Dynamic stamp is working in Acrobat 9 but not in Reader

I have created a user fillable stamp that allows the user to input job information into the stamp prior to placing it on the pdf. It works great in acrobat 9 pro but my users that are working with reader can't get the user editable entries to work. In acrobat 9 pro I have it set up to pop-up and request the field information prior to flattening the stamp. I am trying to get that same functionality in reader, that is what most users are working with, their are only a few employees with full blown acrobat.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony

More information needed.

What version of Reader are the users using?
What is their OS version?
Have the stamps been properly added through Manage Stamps to the users' systems?

George,
All of the systems are running either windows XP or 7 and have upgraded to Reader X.
We did add the stamps via Custom Stamp -> Manage Stamps -> Create option in the stamp menu.
Any guidance would be appreciated, as I said it works beautifully in Acrobat 9 Pro.

Thanks,
Tony

Is Reader being run the Protected mode in Reader X. This is new with Reader X and protects Reader from everything and limits how much Reader X can do.

George,
That is very possible as we are running with all of the default settings in place. If it came out of the box then it is still there.
How do I tell and how do I change it if necessary.

Thanks,
Tony
