Hello,

I need to automate the "Comments->Enable for commenting in Adobe Reader". Kindly help me how to automate through javascript without manual interaction.

I used the below code:-

app.execMenuItem("Annots:ReaderEnable");

But "save as" window appered. Kindly advice me how to solve this through coding.

Hi prabudass,

You can't enable commenting rights programmatically with Acrobat. You can only do it one file at a time. Adobe sells a server product (Reader Extension Server) that allows applying rights to multiple documents at once. You would have to contact Adobe sales for pricing.
