Entering Text into a Field Once and having it duplicate below

I am trying to make a simple form to speed up Hazardous Waste identification labels. When you transport Hazardous Waste each container has a copy of the same label (I can fit 3 on an 8.5x11 sheet).

I would like to enter the data into fields on the top third of the page and then have it duplicate below in "linked" fields. I am not a serious PDF form maker or programmer but it seems that the logic could be: "Field2" = "Field1"
"Field3" = "Field1"

I have a not-so-savvy old guy who will be doing this so I want to make it idiot proof.

Advice greatly appreciated!

Hi BroomNinja,

Give the fields you want copied exactly the same name, then select one of the fields and in the Properties panel set the binding to Global. Do this for every field you want this functionality for.

Hope this helps,
