FDF and Internet Security

I have created some forms on the web that the end user could go through a series of questions and my program would create an fdf file with a hyperlink. It still works on older pc's that have acrobat 6 and internet explorer 6 as an example. I have acrobat 7 and internet explorer 7 and it just opens up the form but doesn't populate at all. Is there a change that has been made to internet explorer security to prevent this action?

Acrobat Standard 7.0.8, Windows

Loading an FDF with 7 still works the same way it always has. You can test this out by simply saving an FDF locally from Acrobat, closing the form, and then double clicking on the FDF. Acrobat 7 did get a bit sticter on formats though. It's possible that your generated FDF does not strictly meet the spec and Acrobat is choking on it.

If I point to the file locally on my machine it works perfect. When I try to point to a file on my server, it wont open. It does still work on other machines in my building. There are several other machines in my building that it doesn't work on also. It seems like the ones it works on have not taken some security update or something. Any Ideas?
