Form processing sources

I have Acrobat 6. Can you point me to the source of a php script that will handle this process: a user with reader fills in a pdf form online - submits form to server. A php script on server attaches whole pdf file to an email message and mails to an email address. Recipient can then open pdf form attachment and prints out completed form with retained data.

Presumably for users with readers earlier than 7 I will need a different php script to handle xfdf output submitted from a version 6 of the form?
The approach is to make the process as simple a possible for both user and recipient of the form.
Thank you for your help.

OK, we should take it from the top. There is no PHP or other script than can get Reader or Acrobat 6 to save an entire form.

You can do this with Acrobat 8 Pro without any scripts. You just add saving rights with 8, and then your users can save and email the forms without need for a script.
