Format Text to Headline Style or Title Case Format?

Question 1: Is there a way to customize a field so when text is entered it will be entered in "headline style". Meaning the first and last words and all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs and subordinating conjunctions are capitalized. Words like a, an, the, and, but, or, for, nor are lower case--unless of course they are the beginning of the sentence?
Sounds like a lot to ask...but, thought there might be something out there.
 
Question 2: is there a way to customize a field so it's in Title Case format?
 
I know how to make a field all upper case and all lower case...but wondering if it's possible to go one step farther.

The answer to both questions is Yes. The problem with the first one is that you'll have to create a dictionary (or some NLP algorithm) to identify the "nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs and subordinating conjunctions" that you want to capitalize... There's no built-in function to do that.

There are many JS scripts available online for title case (or proper case). Here's one:
