Forms - Message boxes

I am designing forms with Acrobat Pro/Designer 7.0.4.
When my user selects the Submit by e-mail button, I'd like a text box to pop up with a specific reminder message. I don't want to put this message on the form itself.
Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks,
Meredith
