Help with a formula

I need to make a formula so that my total mileage row will times by .40 if filled out and then show that result in my total mileage expense row 1. Help please very new to program.

First, was this form built with Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer?

Both products are included in the Professional version, but they are very different.

Have you looked at the eSeminar's on demand and the tutorials?

The form was buildt in excel but imported into acrobat pro 9, I then used forms to make it so staff could fill it out, I think I got it but not sure if their was a easier way, I used event.value = this.getField("Total MileageRow1").value * 0.40;
