This is not really the best place for Acrobat plugin developers to get help. A better place to post your questions would be at the Adobe User to User Acrobat Developers SDK forum-

Writing plugins will require you to study the Acrobat SDK and the samples provided in it- it's a lengthy document, so get ready for some heavy reading/studying.
