How to edit an auto-populated field without affecting other fields?

I am really new to Designer and I have a Time Sheet I need to get done by the end of this month, but I'm absolutely stuck at this one part of the form.
 
My Time Sheet will be filled by my offshore consultants when they go out on a job. In the form, there is a table with 3 column headers and each column has 31 rows.
 
The column headers are :
 
1. Date
2. Job Number
3. Location
 
When a consultant select a date from the Date/Time field, they will type in their corresponding Job Number and Location in the respective text fields.
 
Most of the time, a consultant can have different dates but identical Job Numbers and Location which can prove to be a hassle to type/copy especially when they have 31 rows to fill up.
 
But sometimes, they can also have a slightly different job number at a neighbouring location.
 
I wanted to use the Global Bind so that the 31 rows of Job Numbers/Location are similar so my consultants won't have to type the same entry so many times. But, in the scenario if they had to change the number/location, using Global Bind would change everything else.
 
Is there another way of doing populating the first entry of the column to the rest of the row beneath it but also allowing the consultant to amend it slightly without affecting all the other fields?
