How to export PDF comment to a txt file?

Is there a way to export all the "comment texts" to a single txt file, or to a excel file sorted by reviewers?

The function of "summary of comments" in Acorbat just add too much other information, and it's impossible to extract the comments words from the summary pdf.

You could use JavaScript scan and extract the various properties of the comments and print the extracted data to a PDF report, JavaScript console, a hidden field which could be exported, or create a data object from the extracted comment properties and then export the data object.
