First off, let me say that I am fairly new to Adobe and a beginner with java. I have a work situation that I am looking for a solution. I hope one of you experts can give some insight.

The situation is this: I have a document that has 5 sections (I,II,III,IV,V). Several departments and client would need to print out specific sections. For example, the Client may need to see I,II, and V on this release while the installers may need II,III, IV. Instead of printing the document as a whole each time I'd like to see if we can create a script to perform that task.

Realistically, I could right-click the bookmark and selct print and only that bookmark (and dependant ones) prints. A manager may want to quickly just print the client version in the document, or specific sections.

What would be the best way to create a pop-up box that asks the user to print a predetermined selecion of bookmarks (Client, Installer, Operations, or whatever).

Thanks in advance

J
