Hello. I wonder is it possible that make price calculator with Adobe Forms in base of chain-select ?

For example : when first form box will be selected second form box will appear according to first select.

Have a look at the tutorials on this site, especially the ones on custom calculation and combo boxes. You will need to know something about JavaScript and Acrobat JS or LiveCycle Designer FormCalc.
