I am trying to open a PDF Document in Adobe Acrobat 9, I keep the error message code 005 and message code 064. When I go to preferences-javascript and try to uncheck the "global security policy" it defaults back an I keep getting the same error message. Hellllp!!! I am in an online class and I need to access this site to complete my work.

Is the message an alert box or JavaScript Debugging console message?

Can you provide the message text and not just the codes?

Have you contacted your instructor for help?

Have you contacted your school's support desk?

Have you meet all the system requirements to open this PDF.

Acrobat/Reader prints some cryptic messages, but there is also some text associated with the message. If it is just codes, I would expect this is from the creator of the PDF and your school should have the information to decode this issue.
