Javascript Editor window opens for every PDF when using batch sequence

How do I prevent the Javascript editor window from opening each time for each PDF file I am processing in a batch sequence? This never used to happen when running batch sequences.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.4.3, Windows

Ok after a bit of playing around I have found that if I created a new batch sequence and copy and paste the javascript code in, the new sequence runs without opening the Javascript Editor for every document processed. But the original sequence still opens the Javascript Editor, anyone know why?

Without seeing the code this would be pretty hard.

You had interactive mode enabled for the "Execute JavaScript" step. You do this by clicking the little box to the left of the words "Execute JavaScript" when setting it up.
