I was running into problems with some of my mac users not being able to view the embedded .flv files (never figured out why) so I decided to link to the videos in youtube instead.
 
I need the link to open in a new window, so using the link tool I added a "run a JavaScript" action with "app.launchURL("http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7i_7AKOiRaw", true);" as my JavaScript. Works great for my Windows users but I have at least 1 Mac user that tells me it does absolutely nothing for her, in fact it will "appear blank" when the link is supposed to be on top of a graphic. Any ideas?

Be sure that Mac-users don't use Apple Preview instead of Adobe Reader…
