Before replacing your hard drive you need to deactivate Acrobat 8.0 Pro. Click Help, Activation, & select Deactivate. Follow the instructions. After replacing your hard drive and installing your OS, re-install Acrobat 8.0 and activate it again.

Adobe requires a deactivation of Acrobat when it is being moved from one computer to another or from one hard drive to another. This practice prevents piracy or duplication of an installation. This must be done BEFORE you replace your hard drive.
If you did not do this as explained above, you'll have to call Adobe to re-activate the installation on your new hard drive.
Follow the instructions in my original response.

Hello, I have disable the Deactive or Active the Adobe Software... What does this mean?

Thanks.
