I am running Acrobat PRO 6.0, Windows XP w/SP 2, MS Office 2003 w/SP 3, and EXCHANGE Server 2003 w/SP 2. My OUTLOOK clients are receiving an error of

“A PROGRAM IS TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR ADDRESSBOOK STORED IN OUTLOOK”. I AM PASTING AN ARTICLE FROM Adobes site that defines a global fix that is to be applied to the EXCHANGE. I need this as an option as I have several of these problem systems within our domain. I am pasting the URL below:

I have tried several attempts at Chat, Phone and other forms of support from Adobe and have failed. I really need a solution for this issue and I am stymied. Can you help me out please?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 6.0.3, Windows

I'm not sure I understand what your problem is. The solutions are outlined in the article you reference above. What exactly is the problem with these solutions? What do you mean "I need this as an option"?

As an Option I meant that I would like the server side fix as opposed to the client side changes. I installed the OUTLOOK Security Features Administrative Package and the intsructions gave nothing for the server side. I made reference checks "PDFMOutlook.dll as a trusted add-in" in GOOGLE and the Microsoft Newsgroups and I have failed to find an answer as to the install of the ADD-IN for EXCHANGE 2003. Does this help?
