I have looked high and low but cannot find where to enter page action scripts in Acrobat 9. In previous versions it was on the Document menu under 'Page Action.' Sorry for such an elementary question. It just isn't popping out.

They do seem to make finding this stuff difficult;)

Open up the Pages Navigation Panel on the left side tabs, also from the "View > Navigation Panels > Pages" menu item. Right click on a page and select properties. You'll find it there on the Actions tab.
