Paper Capture

Hello, I’m scanning some lab notebooks with pasted on graphics and printouts and a lot of hand written information.
I’m not scanning into Acrobat 6.0 but I’m using the “Paper Capture” option to make the final pdf searchable. Occasionally Acrobat will rotate a page or flip it altogether after the paper capture. The annoying thing is that it doesn’t rotate the page back to it’s original orientation. Is there a way to tell Acrobat to return to page back to it’s original orientation?
Is this something that might work better with a newer version of Acrobat?

Acrobat 8 does a much better job of setting page rotation, making the files smaller and recognizing text.
