is there a way by script to convert pdf version 1.3 to version 1.4?
is there a way to Implement this script automatically (or by clicking a button on the toolbar?

You can use the "Reduce File Size" in Standard and "PDF Optimizer" in Professional to change the comparability level, although there is no need for this since Adobe Reader/Acrobat are backwardly compatible.
