PDF mass conversion

I'm a project manager of a technical implementation involving document management. I've determined that many of the scanned documents were scanned as image only PDF's. I need to know what Adobe product to use to run a mass conversion of image PDF's to make them searchable text PDF's.

Any ideas?

Run them through an OCR batch Process.

On the Acrobat Advanced Menu "Advanced - Document Processing - Batch Processing". Create a new Batch Sequence and select "Recognize Text Using OCR" as the only batch command in the sequence.
Now just run the sequence on the folder containing your scanned files.
